Accepted payment methods

Card payments accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Availability of each method can depend on your country and device.

Secure processing

All payments are processed over an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. Harvest Deli never sees or stores your full card number. Your order is confirmed only once payment is authorised.

Currency & pricing

All prices are shown and charged in euro (EUR), inclusive of applicable VAT. If you pay with a card in another currency, your bank applies its own exchange rate and any fees.

VAT & invoices

Prices include VAT at the applicable rate. A full invoice with a VAT breakdown is available with every order in your account. Business customers can add a company name and VAT number at checkout for a valid business invoice; intra-EU reverse-charge is applied where eligible.

When you are charged

Payment is taken at the moment you place the order. For pre-order or backordered items, this is clearly indicated before you confirm. If a payment fails, no order is created and you can simply try again.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. See our returns & refunds policy for details and timelines.
