Six small notes that may save you a message. If the answer is not here, write to us. We read every letter.

For wholesale or hospitality, the partnership programme has a dedicated form. For privacy and data requests, privacy@harvestdeli.nl.

  • Within two working days, often faster. On Monday mornings, Friday afternoons and during harvest weeks it can take a little longer. For urgent order matters, write directly to orders@harvestdeli.nl.

  • Use hello@harvestdeli.nl for general questions, orders@harvestdeli.nl for shipping and delivery, wholesale@harvestdeli.nl for retail and hospitality, and privacy@harvestdeli.nl for data and access requests under the GDPR.

  • Send a short note via the form on our partnership programme. We answer every request personally and usually respond within 24 to 48 hours, often with a sample box dispatched from Pelion the same week.

  • Email orders@harvestdeli.nl with your order number and, where possible, a photograph of the outer box. We arrange a free replacement shipment or full refund within two working days. Read more on the shipping and returns pages.

  • By appointment, yes. Press, wholesale partners and existing clients are welcome. Send a request with date and reason to hello@harvestdeli.nl. The Andreou cellar in Pelion is open to small groups between April and October.

  • Quietly, on Instagram. We do not run paid advertising and we do not chase the algorithm. Subscribe to the journal for slower correspondence, three or four times a year.
