Pelion · Greece
About
A small collection of Greek harvests shaped by mountain air, slow seasons and quiet craftsmanship.
Our story
A house on a single mountain.
Harvest Deli began on the southern face of Pelion, where one family has kept bees for five generations. What leaves the mountain is small by nature, a few hundred jars a season, gathered slowly and sealed by hand.
We work with olive groves and wild tea hillsides in the same spirit: little, seasonal and honest. (Placeholder copy, the full story will follow.)
How we work
Small by intention.
01
Small harvests
Only what one mountain gives in a season.
02
Slow production
Cold-spun, unhurried, never forced.
03
Wild-grown ingredients
Foraged from the hillside, never cultivated.
04
Seasonal selection
Bottled only when the season is right.
05
Quiet hospitality
A spoon, a conversation, no hurry.
