High on the sunlit Greek mountains, wild mountain tea (Tsai tou Vounou) grows among rocky slopes and clean alpine air. Hand-harvested in summer and gently dried whole, stem, leaf and flower. A smooth, golden cup with a delicate floral aroma and notes of wild herbs, honey and citrus.

The Origin

Wild on the mountain.

Greek mountain tea grows wild, never farmed, high on the sunlit slopes above 1100 metres, among rocky ground and clean alpine air. It is gathered by hand each summer, the way it has been for a very long time.

The stems are dried slowly and whole, flowers intact, then sealed to keep the aroma alive. A caffeine-free infusion, treasured across the Mediterranean as part of the daily wellness ritual.
